A Variety of Innovative Lesson Plan Links for Teachers
Although it is not reflected in the pay or the respect, teaching is one of the most difficult and most important professions in America today. For the black students whose families have historically been denied a decent education, the teacher's job becomes more important. As schools are left in disarray and disrepair, low funding for some of the other vitals in the classroom make the teacher's job that much more difficult. To help, the Banneker Institute has collected a variety of innovative lesson plan sites to do its part in making teachers' jobs simpler.
